I can be an active member and would be an asset to any town through my willingness to help.

As I do not know the nature and lives of other applicants, I cannot say. However, I would say that I am quite a good planner and can work to create the best possible layouts.

Why do you want to join America?:
Seems like a large project that has enough people with resources behind it to actually get off the ground. I've donated previously to other Museum/Town projects, but they haven't survived for long. I feel that being a part of a community like this would allow me to contribute back to the ECC community in a more concrete fashion than just buying/selling plots in my own town or maybe helping someone out in chat now and then.

Honestly, no clue, unless the skill(s) described below are useful. No idea what the criteria are.

I'm good at reading legal documents (In ECC, this applies to things like server/town rules), and even better at finding potential loopholes/exploits within them due to flaws in phrasing. Also applies to writing and editing instructional texts; finding ways how someone can mess something up even if they followed instructions to a tee in order to ensure that all potential situations are covered.

Although I have been on ECC in 2016 I never really got invested into the community and honestly I just couldn't. coming back a few months from now I like how things are and am in a position to be a legit new member for a nation many new people may not even know is a thing.

I excel the most at building both with exterior and interior designs, small or large scale, most themes I've done are modern, medieval, or Japanese feudal. I also am generally a free hand for work whether its placing, planting, breaking, or terraforming.
