I borrowed my mayor's Fortune 3 pickaxe to break the Redstone ore I had been collecting. I just jumped and placed them under my feet. Had well over a 100 high tower.... Then I fell off. Had time to write "I'm dead" before i hit the ground. vtnick

Well on the old forums on June 18th 2012 (The day I joined the forums) I saw in the news area of the forums that there was a application for a bouns ($400 a day for 3 days) and I thought whoa, that's a lot of money. So I go to the thread where you were supposed to place the application. So I go there but it's locked. I'm dumbfounded. So then I go to general section and place the application there.

 

My first week being on the server, I get enough money to buy a plot and use iceman1347 spawner to get enough exp to enchant something. (when mobs spawned in main world and exp was to lvl 50) I enchanted an axe on my first try and got an Eff 5 Unb 3 Silk Touch 1 Axe which I sold for 15k, which at the time could go anywhere from 60k to 100k. However, I was able to get resident!

 

I was on this server since January 2012 but only started "playing" in November because at first all I wanted to do was explore the "pretty towns". FAIL

Building a nice starter house and farm in main world (before mining world), logging off for a few days, when I get back it's greifed. BUT THEN I TRY (in chat) TO GET A MOD TO COME AND ROLL IT BACK! DOUBLE FAIL

Trying to farm melons without water. FAIL

Wondering why I couldn't teleport. FAIL

Buying 5 plots in various towns and forgetting about them. FAIL

I bought a plot in Hiketon and started making an awesome hotel. Then they go and wipe it, and I have no idea what happened! FAIL

As you can see, I was an idiot when I was a Builder.

 

biggest fail hmm.... i do remeber some of my many. I know i tried to go to the nether for about 10-20 mins and raged at my computer for randomely turning me around and also i recall getting a new enchanted diamond shovel, going outside the town i lived in and started clearing some land to show off my new shovel only to fall into a crevice which of course had a little lava pool which only my new shovel managed to landed in. I then got anouther shovel a while later and i went out to the same spot looked over the edge of the crevice i had fallen into not but a few days ago and not shifting, ya i managed to lose everything that time. I may not have been the smartest builder but ik im wasnt the worst xD

 

Purrguin was rude, but tolerable.

 

Trying to hold an auction in local where there was no one nearby to hear it.

 

I can list a few of them.

Diving into a PvP match.
Opening a door and then falling into a lava trap (which made me rage in the SGames)
Not locking chests in my house.
Tilling soil and trying to place water.

Falling down while holding shift because I thought that I would be invincible because of my lvl 5 acrobatics.
Again and again going through an invalid Stargate Portal.
I'm trying to think of more fails.
Little do you know I written this in code.

 

As builder I was what you might call a "major noob"... I hadn't learned how to /sell hand for about 3 months after I joined the server. After about a month after I learned to /sell hand I had lots of iron and gold from trying to mine from one end of the world to the other I decided to buy a plot (very expensive) with my 8.5k. I had a 20x20 1 level pumpkin/melon/wheat farm, and a 14x12 house that I decided to completely tear down and remodel 3 times. The first time it was a modern wooden house, the second time it had coal ore walls and redstone ore roof, the third look was jack o' lantern walls and a mellon roof.after a few months I had enough money for res so I decided to look around on the forums for like 3 hours xD and couldn't figure out how to apply for res... So a couple months later with like 30k in my bal I decided to try again and SUCCEEDED!!!!!!!

 

Giving Mrneedlemouse 4k, buying a plot in jeffersnz's town, and building a nice house in the wild :p

 

my biggest fail was when i did't understand anything but /sell hand so i gathered seeds in the wild for days trying to get money to buy a plot (i did't know about voting at the time)

 

There was that time i had 2 stacks of iron and wanted to sell 32 pieces. *Places 32 pieces in hand* */sell hand* *both stacks go bye bye* :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

 

Making a dirt sword. Me, the guy who played Minecraft for 2 years. Obviously the new update was messing with me...
