I would love to own Calibercity. Alternatively, if that gets taken by another user, or if the nonprofit towns dont get taken , I am willing to own them and keep them nonprofit.

With CaliberCity, I plan on putting forth all my free time and effort to make it a nice and prospering town. I need something to work on, so that I do not play lottery. I have many great plans envisioned in my mind and personally love the theme already set out. I also am a big fan of the name! I would like to get to building a big project again and I feel like CaliberCity would be perfect.
With the nonprofits, I would get a nice farm set up and start helping a multitude of players in need of help to reside in the town.

I plan on making another nation, or a nice farm and or plot town, I am the original owner of the town, believe it or not, and would love to retain it back. I sold it to cike25 so I could get mayor quicker and have regreted that for a while, I have not had a chance to re-obtain it till now, hopefully I can and continue what you have done to it. I have lots of experience with towns, me and aplne built 1 of the biggest towns on the server, and continue to work on it, woukd be great to start a new project where we can maybe bring what we brought to foix; a nice community full of people who can use the farm and town perks(we always offer all free all donation services such as free repairs fps pyro placements water placements etc) to an advantage to rank up, and have fun and meet some nice people while doing so:) would love to work with the town

I have always invested money very well, and that is how I have owned many towns (including 2 spawn towns which I have sold/gave away.) and melon swords, eff 7's and much more, I used to have about 4mill of assets, however I have lost a lot because of other people. I will also invest this in every single way to make more money so I can get more star tools and achieve more goals on EcoCityCraft. I haven't been real happy with ECC lately and that's because of the reason of money, and people abusing some features to make amazing amounts of money, and for pay2win.
