What are you planning on doing with the town? I would continue to use the town to help new players to achieve their goals. I like building farms, so I would expand the farms in the town. My overarching goals with the two towns I own, and any I buy in the future isn't to have flashy buildings, big events, make a ton of money, build massive farms, or brag about how many builders I helped make resident. My goal is to simply make them into flourishing towns with a happy, tight knit community. I think that promoting a tight knit community is really what keeps new and old players logging back in everyday. 5. How long have you been on ecc? Right now, I one two towns, Slayhill and Southernhill. I am the mayor of slayhill, and origonal owner of southern hill. I applied for two of your towns above. If I am awarded the towns, I'll use the money towards a town transfer app to become the original owner of one of those towns. Then I'll save again, and get a town-town portal to connect that town with southern hill. Adjacent to that, I'll put up a town-spawn portal. Slayhill is a huge farm that currently grows every crop and is constantly being expanded. Southern hill will be a 200x200 tree farm. Farmia and Scarlin become non profit plot towns. When someone buys a plot in those towns, they get perms for free to the farms. With towns 6 starting soon, I might end up using the money to buy a front row portal while they are available, but all funds go towards that goal of four connected towns. 6. Long answer but there is much I would like to do! I have had a dream to build a town which will help the entire ECC community -- the problem is that I need a town (or better 2) to do it and I don't have the funds to do this -- and I won't make any money doing this as you will see below. In fact this plan will just cost me money-- there is no plan for profit. I have been playing for about 2 to 3 months and what I see is a troubled economy with a marketplace that isn't working well for either buyers or sellers. I see a few problems that I think could be fixed and would help both buyers and sellers. I can tell you more about it in game but the problems are that there are a bunch of shops spread out all over the place carrying random things and the owners of those shops pay so much rent that they may even lose money. My city would be designed to solve both of those problems and would be organized entirely differently from the current market (please pm me in game for more specific info.). I also would not charge people to sell things in the town. Therefore I would make no money off of rent or selling plots or anything -- it's free. My design would make life easy for shoppers and with more shoppers, sellers would sell more things and life would be better for all. Another goal I have that would help all players but especially new players is to explore different types of farming methods. I probably wouldn't make a full 200x200 perm farm - but rather would make a farm where people could share their ideas on best farming methods for different crops. There really isn't much on the forums about this and as a newer player I have had to figure it out on my own. People could try different styles of farming, understand lighting, water placement, etc. This would especially help new players. I could use all or part of the second town for this if there is room after building the large market town I would like to make. 5. How long have you been on ecc? 2 to 3 months and I love it. Note: At some point I would build a portal for the town. If you have any funds for that it would be a huge help. But getting even one of the towns to do what I wrote above would be awesome and I will save up for a portal myself.
