    I agree with this! I've known this for quite a while. Don't do a Staff app just to be staff. You actually have to be helpful and mature. When someone needs help you help them. I love helping people, it's fun! I help people a lot and I'm not even staff. When you do get staff, people will actually look up to you more when they need help and etc. So I agree with Blake here. :p

    @zRinne So, you can make a staff app when you are under 15, be a mature player, and help people and you could have a small chance of getting staff? :cool:

    It's worth a shot :)

    Well, if they are found to be abusing their powers, it will be taken from them. Yes its either a warning or a demotion. We do not want abusive staff. Everyone can pull on another face when staff is on to get on someones good side.
    Remember to always get proof.

    You need to have 10 posts that are constructive somehow. While commenting on 10 random threads will give you the requirement, staff do review what you have posted when considering your application.

    Also, apply using the application at the top ribbon (opens up when you reach 10 posts).

    I have no idea when they looked at mine I filed mine and then I waited until the day I was accepted without warning I was promoted

    In short, you do not just post for the sake of the requirements nor spam it.
    And you don't just stop posting after 10 post because that shows how you only want it for the staff status.
