So I can be 13 and be staff? Just depends on maturity. I was wondering because in the app rejected area it said I was to young.
Hey Ph30nix! AEM has had staff as young as 12 before. What Rinne is trying to say is that the server prefers staff to be at least 16 years old. However, you can also be 13 and be staff if you show enough maturity in the community. 16+ is only a guideline, not a strict requirement. Cheers~

So for the people who ask what the minimum age to become staff is, I think they have a minimum age but even if you are quite at that age yet they will also review you on your maturity and how they think you would be able to handle decisions and what is right and what is wrong and also how well you are with other players and the community.
What does OP mean? I believe I put all the info needed but yet stilled confused to the reason for why I was rejected. Other staff say your rejected no questions asked. Why was I rejected even though there was no reason to be rejected?
Q: Can I make more than 1 Staff application? A: No, they do view it and bump it if they think yours should be viewed so do not make more than 1 app. *Edit* We would appreciate if you only made one, however you can make it once a month/once every few months (It's not encouraged)

Only admins and above can view staff applications and yes they do provide their personal non-biased opinion in staff chat when asked to, OP stands for original post

If you've been accepted as staff, sway would most likely contact you to run you down on things such as guidelines, rules and how to be an example for others.
