Ok I may not apply right now I may wait about a year so I can be better known and then I may try and apply.
Here's a good question what if you've place one in, your naturally never told of acceptance or failure, but months have passed and you've basically assumed you've failed because others who may be of less character or ability have obtained staff, is there any certain time you should look to make a new one? or is it once you make one and you don't get accepted your practically screwed period because the current staff don't accept you publicly or personally?
In short if your not accepted once by staff which may not even be staff any longer does that practically put you out of consideration entirely? because I've made applications that spanned over 3 month periods and still have met failure for whatever reason I guess the best next question would be "what is it staff actually look for in an applicant? if you're allowed to speak it truthfully. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to sound like I'm complaining or whining I'm just tired of making attempts to be given a chance only to be outdone by others. As I would imagine I should probably just give up on it and accept that staff don't accept me let alone are willing to give someone like me a chance as I know they all have heard a lot of crap either about me, from me or from others who talk of me.
You need 10+ forum posts, and then go to "Staff Applications" at the top of the page and then feel it out Important also: Don't fill 1 out when your not well know, become well known (Positively ofc) and then fill 1 out (Just a suggestion)
We do not reject applications, it stays there and when staff are needed, will be looked through again. We would like maturer players, one who can tell right from wrong, someone who is capable of handling things even when in a pinch and so on forth. We advise you only make 1 appeal. - Admin is a higher rank than Mod. With commands and all. I will edit this better when i get home
but rinnie is that basis on personal opinion of their individual understanding of what maturity is or based on expectation of abilities? reason I ask is some may seem as though their immature yet I've seen these types get such powers as mod and admin before.
Well you do not need to tell us if you are mature or not, we observe players behavior, and there are those who stands out (the good kind) We will then take consideration and discuss among staff. We would also take a look at the appeals and so on. It is not a one man decision.
Gotcha so you don't base it on player opinions then but your own experiences with the individuals? So if one were staff material but not highly looked upon they'd still be considered? Naturally we all try and be nice and friendly but some of us like myself don't tolerate a lot of childish antics and because of it we're not liked by many would this give the wrong impression to be considered or not?
