I'm just going to leave the signs so the devs can also collect data on it. Unless they say otherwise.

*Realizes that if implemented those would be 6s* -
Ok, here is our version. Due to time constraints, we weren't able to complete it as we wanted to, but we did our best. If Jamie wants us to finish it, we will be glad to or Staff can as it is needed. We hope the community enjoys it as much as we did building it. It's always a pleasure and so much fun doing these builds. Thanks for this opportunity to help out.

The last two images show a 'node' in our build, where shops will be built. We built a scaffolding and the user would fill it in with a personalized shop design. These pictures have the benchmarking signs, so it is hard to tell between what is scaffolding and what is user-built shop area.
It is a big build. These pictures show only a small area of it.-

No where near as good as everyone else's designs, but I thought I may as well throw it in.

Has a total of 72 stations. Easily expandable. Includes a market tutorial in the spawn (really rushed, sorry), and many decorational gardens. The market is divided into four wings, all shops within leisurely walking distance. All shops are allocated their own chunks.
Apologies for some of the last gardens; I was a bit rushed towards the end, haha.
Some custom trees in the gardens were imported from public resources and edited. Texture pack used is Soartex Fanver customised by myself.
Best of luck to all of the other applicants! :)-

I hate to be that person, but I meant the 12th, 11:59pm est.
You all technically have 24hrs-

I still really like the continuity in hub style of @Jackson_G14's entry too but I personally prefer epicure's above all.-

I personally find Epicure's design a bit restricting, but god is it beautiful.

Did some testing on the designs. @Jackson_G14's design seemed to be best at combatting lag, as much as I love the Epicure design and the shop concepts. Only problem is... no benchmarks on the schematic.

This layout is a version of Kuke's layout design. Where each Node is 50 block from each other and each shop is in their own chunk.

Did some lag testing of all markets and found the minimum FPS while I walked through each market as well as the size.
Large/Slow ----------------------------------------> Small/Fast
Mendiboi + Jffsprs - 15 fps (Size: 756x781) - Largest, slowest
Jackson_G14 #1 - 79 fps (Size: 466x466) - Second largest, third fastest
Jackson_G14 #2 - 65 fps (Size: 432x435) - Fourth largest, fourth slowest
SuburbSomeone - 79 fps (Size: 192x192) - Second smallest, third fastest
0524 - 88 fps (Size: 85x365) - Smallest, fastest
a18greek18 - 88 fps (Size: 322x450) - Fourth smallest, fastest
Bashdash100 - 38 fps (Size: 309x310) - Third smallest, second slowest
Zedoker - 55 fps (Size: 400x484) - Third largest, third slowest

Jamie, you may want to take this into consideration when deciding the winner, as while the Epicure design followed Kuke's design and is beautiful, the modules are absolutely terrible with lag. Though, it is worth considering that the FPS would likely not get worse than what it is at currently, as all 84 shops in the design are filled with about as many signs as there would be eventually (on first guess, about 50-100). To compare that with the other markets, Jackson and a18 have 0 signs per plot, 0524 has one per four plots, I have one per plot, and Bash has 24 per plot. I'm not a fan of a18's design but it was by far the best lag-wise. The FPS rarely dropped below 110, let alone 100. 0524's design stayed above 100 for the most part as well. With that being said, I personally prefer Jackson's (and my own), despite the 10-20 fps drop (which shouldn't matter too much), because the markets feel more "together" in our designs than in a18's.-

And I still think an extension is in order so more applicants could turn in submissions and the existing applicants could polish theirs.-
