Can I get a price estimate on clering a 198 x 198 x 46-56 piece of space? (The land is terribly rough; not sure where the Y rests at the top.)

Also, if I wanted to buy back a portion of the dirt and cobblestone you collect, how much would you charge per stack?

 

Can I negotiate you down to $5.5 a stack of cobble? I'm buying over 40k worth.

I can't really afford the dirt though, so that's yours to keep.

I do need smooth stone, and I'd be fine with buying some for $7.20 a stack (just a bit of profit for you), but my personal demand for smooth stone is much lower. I'll probably just get around 5-10k worth of it.

I've given you permissions to Cloudside, and I'm in the area right now if you want to tp over to check it out.

 

Not sure whether or not I'll be on tomorrow, but you've got permissions. Here are some directions:

Cloudside is currently walled up from the outside, but there is an entry pointat [x]-7250 [y] 66 [z] -7133. The signs are right by the little doorway. The fastest way to get to the area is via Lucaria's town portal. After entering the town portal from spawn, take a left. Lucaria will be on the second-last row, on your left. Then go East until you see the stone wall bordering Cloudside. From there, find the entry point at Z = -7133. The walk isn't even two minutes from spawn.
