Land clear itself would be free. What is the bottom y level that you want cleared to? Cobble $6/stack - negotiable Dirt/grass - $12/stack

Actually, now that I think about it, I mine with silk touch. I would be getting smooth stone, not cobble, when I mine. That is /worth at $0.10 each or $6.40/stack. Would you be interested in that?
Ooh, darn... I do need smooth stone, and I'd be fine with buying some for $7.20 a stack (just a bit of profit for you), but my personal demand for smooth stone is much lower. I'll probably just get around 5-10k worth of it.
I'll sell you however much you want of it. Put up a cobble sign, too. I might be able to raid some old chests of mine to sell you what I do have.

Not sure whether or not I'll be on tomorrow, but you've got permissions. Here are some directions: Cloudside is currently walled up from the outside, but there is an entry pointat [x]-7250 [y] 66 [z] -7133. The signs are right by the little doorway. The fastest way to get to the area is via Lucaria's town portal. After entering the town portal from spawn, take a left. Lucaria will be on the second-last row, on your left. Then go East until you see the stone wall bordering Cloudside. From there, find the entry point at Z = -7133. The walk isn't even two minutes from spawn. Thanks again! ^_^
