Personally, I have the following tools: Eff5/Silk Diamond Pick Eff5/Silk Diamond Shovel Diamond Axe I have all the donation features which would allow me to get to, manage and complete any task accepted or assigned. (TP+, Water+/Lava+, eReps, etc) I work alone, unless specified by me, and I work cheap. However, should you see fit to hire me and then hire/invite others to "help", then I shall cease work on the job without any return of materials mined or fees paid. Pricing is as follows: Land Clear: 200x200x10: 20k + materials mined up 200x200x20: 40k + materials mined up 200x200x30: 60k + materials mined up and so on, with an increase of 20k per each 10 layers of blocks removed. (When you consider that 200x200x1 is 40k blocks, this isn't really all that expensive.) Building Demolition: Any and all building demo work will be free of labour charge, with my fee being only the materials of the building(s) torn down. I have done work for thehockeykids2, Tommy_t, generaljoecool, chargers2417 and many, many others. All work has been completed to specification, completed quickly (within reason given my rank and other duties), and without error. To help ensure that I am not taking on more than I can handle, I will have only two jobs active at one time, one for building demo and another for land clearing. I will only have so many jobs waiting at a time, and once this list is full I will refuse further job offers, sadly, as I know what it means to have a job completed in a timely fashion so that you can resume your own work in re-imagining a town space to be how you want it.
