I think the cool down should be a little longer.
But this is a good idea, may increase kit sales aswell :D +1 -
But is using kits a guarantee of winning? Unless you're the only one with kits in the game, far from it. It's just putting someone on a level playing field every few hours or whenever.

No, it's not a guarantee. But the way he put it made it sound like the can get every kit in the shop. And that is very op, compared to the average who just have miq/cc and buffer, pf (Maybe spy, I haven't seen to many hunters). It's a pretty big chance to win 2-5k very easy -
Compared to the average who just has... the actually useful kits anyway? The rest of the kits provide no advantage really compared to the ones you listed - which most people who actively play SG would have. It's a level playing field.
The less common kits have their strategies that can make them good but it's awfully hard to develop and test a strategy when you can only do it once a day.-

Here is what I think , if you are payin for something to make you win why the f*** would you want it to be fair the purpose of kits is to make it unfair

Every kit is useful. That's why the exist. Plus, would you get arrows/gapples and such? You can also test strategy in single player. We disagree, but that's okay -

I personally use kits and dislike the negative effect on my part, however I understand that this is an attempt to keep builders on the server and give them a fair go.
Perhaps if the cool down was a bit longer, 12 hours possibly.
Would their be a compensation of some sort for people who own the kits? What if they only use them once or so a day, what would be the point in buying them?

I'm just saying what if I use a kit only a few times every day.
I could have spent $500 or so on something completely different and still be able to use all of the kits. -

But if you were to run a "trial" wouldn't you want to give them the full effect? -
Sure, but what's more important? The kit itself or the gapples/arrows?
The first tier of kit is without all of that. To make it fair, I say you give that standard kit a trial, then you pay to shrink the cooldown, then can pay again for gapples, and then again for gapples and arrows (as I see it). It won't take away from any perks of Plus/Plus2 donors. -

Sure, you'd be able to use all the kits. But would allowing users to use a "free tier" of the kits really be a problem? (especially considering half of the kits are support kits, and pretty useless on their own)

The point is to support ecc by buying kits why give away stuff for free when people can support the server...

You have to look at the bigger picture here, but for the sake of argument..
Giving away free things 3 times a day, or paying for using it 48 times a day. When someone uses the free kits then they can play around and figure out which ones they like. It removes a risk factor when purchasing kits, so ultimately it should increase kit purchases.
But the biggest reason why I've made this suggestion is to even out the playing field a little. Give the non-donators a chance at winning a couple of times a day. Which shouldn't harm anyone. In fact, it should do the opposite. It should increase the people who play.-

Why not give this to people who supported the server and might not have bought sg kits? Kinda like kit vsg.

kukelekuuk C͕̹̲̽ͪ͐ͩ̔L̜̦̝͈ͦ̿̾̿ḘA̻̗̤̳̐ͭ̆̿̃̑ͭN̊̓͑̇ͯBuilder ⛰️ Ex-EcoLeader ⚜️⚜️⚜️ Premium UpgradeGenerally, the people who play SG buy kits anyway, because it's the only way to win. So it would be pointless to give it to users who are less likely to buy kits to begin with.
Not to mention the fact that it would do absolutely nothing for the builders, the new players who join the server and play SG. (and then leave because they get destroyed by kits)-
