So you can use one kit total every eight hours, or each kit one time with an eight hour delay on each?

Well, we do need something to semi-fix the broken sg, but I'm not sure if increasing the numbers of kitters would be the solution. So what would happen to Plus kits, and Plus Plus kits then? Does the 8 hours get cut down?

I say +1, as they do allowpeople without kits to use kits to even out, but prevent from using kits often. You guys saying -1s realize there's an 8 hour cooldown for the kit use if you don't buy it. That means the no-kitter can play with kits only 3 times a day at maximum, whereas some of the kitters can play marathons of sg with theirs.

 

I think it should be 24 hour cool down since there are like 10 kits peole can get for free....

 

Also I can see this being a problem with boss battles as everyone would have buffer and kitters would have no advantage

 

Why don't we give out the cheaper, waeker kits then?

 

That's not necessarily with a bad thing actually. Gives everyone a fair chance.

I'm +1 on this suggestion. Not only does it allow new users to access kits to compete, it can allow for people like myself who want to test kit combinations before I buy them.

But, one question (and I think I know the answer, just want to check): would the 8 hour cooldown be changed to 30 minutes upon purchase of the kit? i.e. Buffer has an 8 hour cooldown, I buy it, the cooldown shrinks to 30 minutes.

 

Exactly a fair chance during a boss battle isn't really fair for kitters, this is why we have the chance of a no kit game. However if there is a way to disable sg kits with 8-24hour cool down during a boss battle I guess it's ok.

Half the people already have spy, buffer, and miq. This just gives the chance for those who don't (if they haven't already used their trial kits).
(It's also worth noting there's a definite strategy to use with some kits and once every 24 hours will make it a lot harder to learn that).
