Why do you want to be a member of America: I want to become apart of a community that is; prestigious, reputable, and worth standing for.
What Qualities would you bring to this team: A 21 year old, mature, economical-wise, financially smart, motivated worker and will use these to benefit America and everyone around me.
Have you ever managed* a town or project: Yes, I am a one of three co-mayors of Sunnyside now. I have build other smaller towns and homes as well on this server. I have ran server rooms, administrated servers, and modded plenty servers in my years of minecraft gaming.
How do you handle conflict: I first stop the argument on hand, calm down everyone and let everyone's tempers settle. I, then, get everyone's story and get witnesses' sides and deal with it accordingly, fair, and just. If I am in this conflict, I will leave my ego, and temper out of the conflict and work objectively to reach a compromise. I tend to keep things very professional and enjoy it that way.
Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes, I know I am a Leader, and a director.
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : I have mentioned early that I have ran servers and minecraft odds and ends, I have also been a manager of a grocery story, head of logistics of a department stores, I have managed teams most my adult life in-game in-real-life. I can explain more stories if need be.

Why do you want to be a member of America: I would love to be involved in a nation of players to get to know better and to contribute back to the server. I have previously been involved in America and would love to come back.
What Qualities would you bring to this team: I am very hard-working, a very good leader, and am responsible when it comes to getting tasks done. I can always be trusted to get things done ahead of time and to the best of my ability.
Have you ever mangaed a town or project: Yes, I have managed many throughout my time on ECC
How do you handle conflict: Take a breath, assess the situation, assess possible solutions, and then carry out the solution that would fully and properly resolve the conflict.
Do you believe that you are a leader: As stated above, I do believe I am a leader. Throughout the past 12 years, I have been in leadership position irl, so I believe I certainly have some experience under my belt.
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : Back in v1 of the Sweden Mall, I was a "Mall Manager," in charge of day-to-day functions and administrative tasks.

Why do you want to be a member of America: I would love to work will all the best of the best players on this server, and make some friends. I have just learned of it and it seems amazing!!! It would be a huge honor to get accepted into this awesome group!!
What Qualities would you bring to this team: I am very friendly and easy to talk and get along with!! I also run a builder town and I am very good with new people and would love to help America get involved with this service!!

How do you handle conflict: I make sure both sides are calm and then I listen to both sides and decide how I will handle the conflict :)

Why do you want to be a member of America: I really enjoy when people come together to create something, or make a difference. America seems like a good organisation for that.
Do you have skype that you are willing to share: Yes
What Qualities would you bring to this team: Loyalty, good team player and problem solving skills. I am a hard worker, always act in the best interests of the organisation. I have good tools and efficient working methods.
Do you do small or big builds: I haven't really discovered my Minecraft designer skills yet, but I am sure as I improve I will be able to do big and small buildings, including interior. Currently I would be best used in very large earth moving projects, or farm building.
What is your building material of Choice: This is very prone to changes, but currently Polished Diorite and Dark Oak.
