What Qualities would you bring to this team: I am a hardworking and helpful user who will help aid in any field as necessary and will make sure to get any job within my abilities completed as efficiently as possible. Have you ever managed a town or project: Yes; I have. For a while I managed the town of PandaHeights, a town of TheN00bishPanda's. I currently help manage the towns of Aquila, Foix, and Applepvparena, run by Falconaire, and minecraftninja05 and appleprocucling, respectively. How do you handle conflict: It depends on which type of conflict you are referring to. In a conflict between myself and another user, I would do my best to resolve it as peacefully as possible without necessitating a staff member to resolve it. For a conflict between other users (I presume this is what you are intending, as in two users in a town), I would listen to both sides and help them reach an agreement peacefully. If such a compromise can't be reached, then I would notify a staff member/tell the users to file a complaint so staff members can help them instead. Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes, I do believe I am a leader. I am more than willing to guide others along in a project as necessary in a friendly and non-bossy way.
