How do you handle conflict: Generally trying to get to the roots of the problem and finding a solution. Had to do this all the time as a Mod so I'm pretty good at it. How do you handle conflict: I take some time to think depending on the situation I am in, but it really depends on the situation. If it is an issue between someone else and I, I would walk away, so that it doesn't cause a heated argument or dispute. I can take stress and pressure if I'm in conflict, but at school, I normally plan how I'm going to handle it and figure things out from my plan. Do you believe that you are a leader: I am a leader.
