What Qualities would you bring to this team: I will bring leadership and organization to America.
Have you ever mangaed a town or project: Yes. I have ran a town of 130~ people on what was once the largest north american server(back in 2011). I have ran other towns, but not to that scale. I have also been admin and moderator on two servers to note. These servers were fairly decent in size, and show that I have loads of experience in management. Lastly, I currently run my own server network, of which is doing very well :)
How do you handle conflict: I handle conflict maturely, and in the most structural way possible. If people are fighting, I go for multiple sources to find what started it. I would not take any form of action, until all sides of said argument are in agreement.
Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes, as seen above, I am a leader. In addition, I am taking all honors courses irl, and plan to join the Air Force Academy(Think West Point, but narrow the number of accepted applicants) when I graduate high school
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : I have run towns, projects, and servers in the three years that I have played minecraft.

Why do you want to be a member of America: I want to be a member of America because, it sounds very innovative and new, I'd like to be with it.
What Qualities would you bring to this team: I would bring my management skills, my friendliness, and my building skills, my ownership skills.
Have you ever mangaed a town or project: I have managed a sale of a couple of plots, raids, factions, ect in other server.
How do you handle conflict: I would give a warning to the person making trouble, if they keep going Ill contact higher ranking people and discuss it with them then if we all agree I will take further action and we as a council will decide what to do.
Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes, I do believe I am a good leader I have experience in ecc, almost a years worth, and I have a mind of a leader and enjoy guiding people.
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : For example, I am selling my plot in Lancaster, I've been admins in other servers, ect I've sold many thing and even made a 6k profit on a pumpkin axe, I am a good leader and can take The America Nation to a new level.
