Why do you want to be a member of America: Seems like a cool community, a lot of people have been advertising how good it is so I thought I'd give it a shot. +Pureypoo
What Qualities would you bring to this team: Mad skills. I'm a good manager, especially when I dedicate myself to something.
Have you ever managed a town or project: Yep, I own 5 towns and co-own a few others, I've been a Mod 3 times and I'm overall pretty good at management.
How do you handle conflict: Generally trying to get to the roots of the problem and finding a solution. Had to do this all the time as a Mod so I'm pretty good at it.
Do you believe that you are a leader: Mhmmm
Give an example of something that you were in charge of: IRL I'm a team captain for my Cross Country team and the SPL of my scout troop. In game I oversaw a helluva lot of things as Mod, helped with production of Divinity, pre-built town of Aquila, etc.

Why do you want to be a member of America: America such a wonderful nation, it would be a honor to serve a nation I've looked up to for such a long time! I would like to help out through my best capability.
What Qualities would you bring to this team: I believe I am very helpful and user-friendly. Also, I always finish a job until it's complete. Furthermore, I work well and efficiently even when I'm stress. Lastly, I can improve America and make it even better than it is! :)
Have you ever managed a town or project: Yes, I have.
How do you handle conflict: I take some time to think depending on the situation I am in, but it really depends on the situation. If it is an issue between someone else and I, I would walk away, so that it doesn't cause a heated argument or dispute. I can take stress and pressure if I'm in conflict, but at school, I normally plan how I'm going to handle it and figure things out from my plan.
Do you believe that you are a leader: I am a leader.
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : on ECC, I own 3-4 towns and I keep trying to improve them every week. I am looked up to on my basketball team and a team captain. I also helped serve food to the homeless and poor, in charge of directing others and packing dates.

Why do you want to be a member of America: I have been apart of America before and I enjoyed it a lot, it was the best experience I ever had and I would love to do it all again, I believe America was a force to be reckoned with, everyone was amazing and friendly.

What Qualities would you bring to this team: I believe I am a good builder and love to build in sheer detail, without detail the building is not even worth my time, I will bring my experience with building and also bring the team together as one family, I believe that we all share the same love for ecc and minecraft and that we can make it even better with America [#IaintevenfromAmerica] Hehe

How do you handle conflict: It depends on the conflict but in the end I am always willing to forgive and forget peoples past and also I allow the people to sort it out from themselves with friendly advice along the way but generally I don't like to be involved in the conflict and I don't take sides on 1 agruement

Do you believe that you are a leader: I believe I am a leader, I Feel that I have now enough experience more then I was in the previous America

Give an example of something that you were in charge of : I was in charge of numerous building work and numerous work such as making sure someone gets the best out of what they are going to work as such as getting the best money, I felt I was incharge of them like a manger :).

How do you handle conflict: Whenever a conflict surges, I try to take a step back and analyse the situation from an outsider's point of view. Then, I act accordingly.
