Why do you want to be a member of America: I was in America several months ago and really enjoyed my time. I would like to come back and have just as much as i did last time.
What Qualities would you bring to this team: I have been here since 2011 and have nice leadership abilities. I also have been in many different positions so i can assimilate with many members. I have been everywhere financially from a dirt poor to in the top 1% of ecc wealth. I have also done many jobs so I understand how to do them well and efficiently
Have you ever mangaed a town or project: I have been mayor of several towns and also constructed a 200*200*3 farm. I had to direct various builders to build it. It was constant directing and managing but now it is a successful, up and running farm
How do you handle conflict: Well, the best way to handle conflict is to get all angles of the situation. Once you have heard all sides of the situation then you can decide how to act. It allows you to make sensible decisions and good decisions. The biggest thing to remember when your trying to solve problems is to keep emotion out of it. When you allow emotion to alter your decisions then when you get in trouble and banned.
Do you believe that you are a leader: I believe i am. I have made multiple contributions to ecc and ready to take on this new role of responsibity. I am 18 years old and have seen many things is this world and
Give an example of something that you were in charge of : The town Seattle. I single-handedly directed the 200*200*3 construction of the farm.

Why do you want to be a member of America: I want to be a part of America because I look forward to finally working in a large effective group.
I also look forward towards the projects and fun to come.

What Qualities would you bring to this team: I am very responsible and great at handling multiple people in different situations. I also have a lot of experience in all aspects of ECC so i could help give advice to people in any division/team of America.

Have you ever managed a town or project: Yes I am currently in charge of developing a town of mine hiring a few workers to help build. I have also managed a large farm in the past.

How do you handle conflict: If the conflict is between two individuals the best solution in my opinion is a compromise, unless of course if someone has done something incorrect that affects a project, which I would take them aside (PM) and explain the problem and try to get the problem resolved.

Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes I believe I am a leader. Not just on ECC but in real life i have been in multiple leadership positions.

Give an example of something that you were in charge of : I have ran multiple things IRL as well as on ECC. Most of the things i have ran in real life are related to my job. But on ECC i have ran multiple town developments as well as the management of farms, Small and big.
