Tdogg120. No one was nice to me, and I found out e hard way. When I was a noob, back when ingots were at $3, I would go mining, just to find myself drowning and die. I didn't know it was illegal at the time, and quit for like 3 months

I kinda had several...
Zoolouie was the person who taught me every command that a builder has, and I went from there. Zardgyer taught me things that a resident can do, and I really learned from there.
Now, I can World Edit, do almost all OP commands, and a president :3
Thanks ZooZoo and ZardieZard :3 -

Hello,
So my answer is probably going to be considered odd. I didn't really have a mentor to begin with. I used the wiki, the tutorial, and the rules to discover what to do. I kept to myself, bought a plot, and didn't really ask for help unless it was a 'legal' question. In which case I would PM the moderators. So, seeing as Skylexia wrote the wiki and rules I have to say she was my mentor albeit, indirectly.

Ok, My mentor was Ema1000, she helped me get started, honestly, before I met her, my time on ECC was quite boring and I was lost, the only thing I did before meeting her was buy overpriced plots and build a (still) half built farm. One day, I was advertising a Protection 4 thorns 2 Diamond chestplate and she PMed me saying how much I could get for it, after that, she took me under her wing and taught me a lot about ECC, she gave my time on ECC purpose and meaning. If not for her, I would have quit the server. Today I don't talk to her nearly as often as I should. I spend alot of time with newer friends. I think she also taught me to trust people because she was very trusting towards me, I say was because recently I lost her trust and was going to quit. At this point I'm literally writing a book so I'll stop. The point is, she was my mentor and I respect her for everything she helped me to do and become.

I really didn't have a mentor until after I got resident. But one day when I was chatting in trade saying "I building nice houses for cheap! PM ME" vtnick messaged me and asked me to build him one. Ever since that day he has been my biggest friend on ECC and is I would say my "mentor":) He encouraged me to get mayor and now I have a town next to his. We still talk frequently and I hope we remain friends for a very long time!

I didn't really have a mentor. I learned all about ECC myself by accesing the website and the Wiki. curtis1998 Helped me out at the beginning by getting me a plot in his town and making money from there. I then achieved greatness and got this far. I still learn stuff from UnHolyDisciple who is teaching me about the server and such that I didn't know before.
