Spawnshop ill rate at 650k as thats the highest offer,

The perms for the eff7 for any time i want id say about 100k
Perms to farms (most expensive perms i have is 40k) so 40k
Ownership to Officefarms - 60k

In total that is;
2.25mil (About), that is not factoring the mass amounts of Eff 5 tools I have, aswell as many coownerships to other plot towns.

-The town of Chillsville, with 176x16 62 floor pumpkin farm, 176x16 40 floor melon farm, 132x32 40 floor wheat farm, 176x16 63 floor reed farm, 176x16 15 floor netherwart farm, spleef arena, storage area and PvP training area.
-The town of Afaya, which I have spent ~$100,000 in materials on so far, not finished.

-My spawnshop, which compatibles have been sold for 2.5m, and I have been offered 5m by Joesph whenever he gets the money.
-All of the stuff in the spawn shop is worth quite the amount of money.
-Around 1.8m or so including the money in my balance along with the money in my spawn shop.
