I added a few things to my post, but nothing major. It is difficult to pin an exact value on Delucaco's shop, due to the low number of sales. KMaxwell paid 2.5 million for one, but auctions in the past have gone for under 1 million. Other top floor shops have recently sold at over 1.5 million.
I think _TANSTAAFL has it back. I have realized that his bridge is an insane build and may not be able to be topped.
I still feel that Delucaco has more ECD worth of stuff than me, but there are things that have subjective value.

Ike wins just because of how long he has been on the server. The towns are both priceless, also, he has much more than that. I believe he has around 120,000 diamonds.
Not entering this competition, but I can't help but notice that no one else seems to have partnered up. I have a gaming partner and everything we own we agreed years ago to hold jointly. Altho Cat and I have gamed together for many years we have never met, we do however, burn up the telephone lines daily . Thinking back I suspect we have teamed up for probably over 15 years if not longer. We met in Ultima Online (the first graphical MMO) and have mostly played as a team since then barring major real life interferences. Is there no one else that plays as a team? It is a great thing to do. We each have different likes and can cover a lot more bases that way. It is remarkably great to have someone to trust no matter what.
