I used to play Need for Speed World and when I was coming up with a username for that, I was originally going to put KShizzle (K being the first letter of my first name which, believe it or not, is not Steve). Before I hit the submit button, I sat there, pondering how that sounded for a while. Finally I shook my head and said, "No that won't do". After a few more tries on some other usernames I decided to go back to the Shizzle but with Steve in front of it. Why? ...I have no idea. I just liked it better than the others.
When I got my Minecraft account, my dad had to supervise the transaction because I was supposed to split time with my younger brother (HA like that'll happen), plus he thought that Mojang was a scamming system designed to take your money so he was a little skeptical. He wanted us to put a username in that was a mix of our names but then he and my brother had to leave the room for some reason. Seeing my opportunity, I got on and thought of the first cool-sounding username I'd ever used. Thus, Steveshizzle was born. My dad and brother came back and my dad asked if I put in the username he told me to use, and I said, "Oh that? Yeah sure." He still to this day has no idea. My brother noticed but he just didn't care.

I have been dork187 since I had to come up with my first email address in 1998.

I was and still a hip hop music aficionado and my friends were also big dorks like me, so we would constantly be looking for 187's in every day life. In prices, license plates, signs, codes, wherever.

So I combined my personality trait with my favorite number.

 

I don't know how I came up with my username.... just kinda came to me when I was making my cat chase a laser/ light/ beam thing. :p. lol

Well back when I was a wee little kid I was shown this amazing game, kingdom hearts. I played the games non stop and I loved them! So then when I got Runescape I wanted to make my acount something to do with Kingom Hearts I tried Sora first but of course that didnt work it was taken so I tried Riku and again it was taken. This time though it gave me some other names one of which was riku1301 so I chose that (wish it didnt have numbers) anyway I stuck with it and I don't mind the numbers to much anymore. So that's how I got my username not as creative as a lot of others lol but I like it :p

 

Mine is from the Search and Destroy clan for Modern Warfare 2 on the Xbox360 (SnD for short).

That's where the SnD comes from and CH4RG3R was just my individual name given to myself that others new me by.

 

Mine stands for: there ain't no such thing as a free lunch. I encountered this saying in my favorite book, The Moon is a Harsh Mistress by Robert Heinlein. It is a way of saying that one way or another, everything must be paid for.

It turned out to be an appropriate name for this server. I used an underscore because TANSTAAFL was taken already.

Btw, if you were to say it out loud, it would rhyme with "spawn waffle"

It doesn't really work well... But it's one of the best games ever!

 

As soon as I mention Disney people tune out lol and uh correction IS the best game ever :p

My name comes from when i was making my skin... Well it wasn't intended for me, but in fact my cousins account, but then i liked the skin and was gonna call myself "Gramps" short for Grandpa as the skin is an old man. I left choosing my name till,about 3 weeks after i got the email from Mojang saying i had to put in my username. So i was playing some of my single player survival when i came across something my buddy had built when he was over at my house, and it said outside "Vintage Villa" and then i got the idea to call myself "Vintage_Gamer" i have had this Minecraft account for about almost 2 years now and i still have the Vintage Villa on my single player world which is now my new home.

And thats my story behind my name :)
