Accused Username: wolfspy7Complaint: Improper eviction and confiscation of property. I was recently co-mayor of both wolftown and wolfville, wolfspy owns wolftown and effectively owned wolfville. Recently, I was added as a co mayor on the condition that I would build plots in wolfville. Wolfspy had said he wanted to give back to the community after his last ban... In the last couple days, wolfspy removed the plot outlines and paths I built by selling the town or removing them himself prior to the sale. While these were cheep blocks, he had no right to do this. I built 90% of the paths, outlines and plots with mostly my own materials. Those materials cover the confiscation of property. The improper eviction was for wolftown. I own a store there and was co mayor. This is going to require a longer explanation. I believe wolfspy payed someone to have my sheep stolen. Global chat seems to think it was @cRzSniperPro however, wolfspy could have done it himself. Wolf contacted me a few days ago to purchase sheep, as he had heard that I had a lot. I initially said yes but failed to find sheep near his town so declined the contract. When I logged on today, the sheep I was collecting in my red pen were gone, save one. Wolfspy also had a bunch of new sheep that happened to have the same name, just "Sheep" that were red. While I understand this is circumstantial evidence of something that isn't really a crime, I believe that this explains his next action. Wolf removed me from the town of wolftown with no warning, I think such that I would be unable to recover my sheep.Evidence: Additional Information: I would like my stolen blocks from wolfville back and I would like my perms to wolftown back. @ldw116 We can't take any action against wolf for removing outlines of plots/roads you built as these were made solely in your capacity as a co-mayor of the town and not any part of "your" property that's subject to protection by the rules. And since wolf was the owner of said town, it was totally within his rights both remove these and sell the town to another user without your consent. Now. Onto the topic of the illegal eviction: @wolfspy7 - Did you give ldw a 3-day notice before evicting him from wolftown? If so, provide proof of doing so.
Hello, hes just admitted hes going to steal my sheep, they are blocked in so he will break the blocks and steal my sheep, thats greif and theft , so how will I prevent this ? Clearly I made a mistake in removing from both towns not just wolfville, But I need to know how all my sheep wont be greifed and broken into by ldw.
Well, no I did not admit that I was going to steal your sheep. I hypothesized that you removed me to prevent me from attempting to do that. I will not steal sheep as it is illegal. That being said I wish you hadn't stolen mine or the sheep from store.
I mean you had no right to remove me from either town so I'm not sure how you can mistakenly over-remove me.

While I appreciate you adding me back, you still have not responded as to why I was removed without warning from either town. In your initial response you point out that you did this, but have yet to address why I was removed.
It was a mistake , as I was removing others, you stopped giving out plots so.why do.you even care, you could just allow me to remove you, unless theres other.reasons into wanting to be kept added???
You did not remove me from Wolfville, @jwpwns did that today after I removed my lwc stuff. You did switch me from co mayor to member there, but you did not revoke my perms without warning. You removed me from Wolftown, Im not really sure how this could be a mistake, its pretty hard to accidentally type /rg ro wolftown ldw116 . Wolftown never had plots, I really dont get what that has to do with anything. Yes I stopped giving away plots in wolfville, how does that have anything to do with my perms to wolftown?
After further investigation of this situation, not only was a user supposedly "accidentally" illegally evicted, it was done right after the building of the new sheep pen with the sheep that was being disputed over. While the theft of mobs isn't illegal and not something we will enforce, scamming and taking advantage of your town members is. The rules are clear, sure you own a town, but this does not mean you're allowed to treat your residents/co-owners like crap. Clear as day, this sort of action, willful improper removal of a user mixed with the building of the new sheep pen and ldw complaining about lost mobs. The fact that ldw116 was removed right after the sheep were encased, and I mean right after and only he was removed, not alongside other users well as you wolfspy claim. He was the only user you removed from wolftown that day, the only time you issued the /rg ro or /rg rm command that day. As well as without issuing any sort of proper in-game notice to ldw116 as well. I checked that too. This is clear abuse of town ownership. Not something we're going to be allowing. Take a ban for your blatant attempted scam of a user and clear violation of the town ownership rules. User Banned
