Additional Information:

I understand that with the new server reset its hard to make money, but he was unbanned from his first scam against @matrix_rep 12 months ago so he had plenty of time to repay me before the reset, even if it was late. My inactivity isn't a factor because there has been a payment sign set up in my town CrystalRidge in Rising for over a year now, and he's known about it. And with that, I wouldn't even be upset that he hasn't paid except I've noticed that he's already ranked up to Mayor on the City.. I really didn't think it was going to take a year and a half for him to make 180k?​
