My inactivity isn't a factor because there has been a payment sign set up in my town CrystalRidge in Rising for over a year now, and he's known about it. And with that, I wouldn't even be upset that he hasn't paid except I've noticed that he's already ranked up to Mayor on the City.. I really didn't think it was going to take a year and a half for him to make 180k?
