I do not believe that user held lotteries are allowed to be held, and are in fact against the rules.

Yes, I love the idea! I don't like using my money for lotto, because 1000 is a bit to lose, whereas 10 netherstars isn't that much in my mind.

I can see a flaw though...lotto deducts tax on the tickets put in, so minimum buy-in would have to be like 10 netherstars or though, you can't deduct something from 1 netherstar.
Or better yet, minimum be 6 nstars (deduct 1 star?) so newcomers can have a chance to buy?

I like the idea, but the thing is, how would there be a lotto tax? Isn't the lottery's purpose to take money out of the economy? If you're doing 1 nether star a ticket there can't be 1.8 nether stars in the pot, or you can't win 55.9 nether stars.

Well the point is to have a tax, but since we aren't getting any reply from any higher mods/devs/ect this probably might pass without notice. I'm still all for it though! :D

+1 For sure! I love the idea, encourages people to vote, and could make for some big and fun lotteries! Another way of having cash flow through (and out) the economy! :) And as far getting like the 55.9 stars or 16.3 stars, just have it round out? I really hope this could be implemented in our Economy/Server :D
