Fun aside, this idea is GREAT. :)
Only one main problem IMHO...I don't know mwhether it is me or a bug, but concerning the "Make them sit down" - on a few servers I had the problem that every time I was attacked or died my dogs and cats exited the sit stage and tp'd to me. Not sure whether the issue exists on this server, too. And maybe only make them 500-1000 nstars? For 3k nstars you could get 2 star tools instead...

No, I think 2300 or so is fine, makes it a status symbol.

 

They'd most likely stay rich. Cats are fairly rare and rather hard to find - this means a high pricetag.

 

It doesn't make someone 'become rich'. The fact of the matter is they are currently worth a heck of a lot solely because they are so rare. This would actually reduce their rareness.

As I've stated to Anny previously I would love to see this. I personally had a cat until recently when it was killed. I would love the chance to get a new one.
