    Books are rarely used anymore and the convenience of using signs and getting whatever enchant you want is a lot easier.

    You have to do a trade sign to store your xp. If someone finds it they can remove the exp by doing the trade

    People still have enchanted books and no one used them with anvils anyway.

    Well cant you just make it something like 1000 for 1 exp orb. That way even if someones takes all the exp you profit.
