Suggestion:
We remove lwc in the mining world!
Reason:
Due to the fact that the mining world spawns mobs and is now non pvp (therefor not as dangerous) and accessible by everybody i suggest that we remove lwc or atleast the locking/prevention of destruction of mob spawners.
Other Information:
Due to the changes in the mining world the exp prices are dropping (over last few days its dropped like 500$ or 1/3 of its previous price. this is absurd and soon prices of exp will be so low all enchanted items will lose their value. basically if this was to happen then people would go out and destroy spawners like in the nether creating a move even price of exp like is should be.

I can't even sell a dpick fortune 3, eff 4, unbreak 3 cuz no one wants to pay more than 3k due to the declining exp price :( I used to sell them for 5-7k

The reason this was added was so that those builders that joined the server, locked 15 things, then left would have their locks cleared every 3-4 weeks, ultimately causing less lag to the server.

The reason the price has gone down is supply and demand. Exp isn't really needed by users anymore because you can easily get 30 levels of exp for mining. Also, if a player already has the best tools, why should they buy exp? The price isn't going down because of too much exp, it's going down because people don't need it. The amount of xp made isn't matched by how much is bought.
(Yes, I do realize that more exp contributes.) -
