Yeah I think that's the thing all staff are working on atm

 

I have a town I own - Rorikstead that is 195 x 195 pvp enabled that I am more than willing to see used for a project like this. It does not currently have a portal, but, this could be arranged if required.
The town is not 100% complete, however, it is a pretty awesome town and could be a fun place to have a competition like this.

 

Do not worry about the money, please consider it my donation to a worthwhile project!
I will be happy to meet you in game tomorrow sometime and if you like the town, I will be glad to add you so you can do some work.
This goes for anyone else who commented here that they would like to be involved - please let me know in game.

 

Another option is to see if @JrHockey17 would be willing to allow access thru his portal (possibly giving life to his town Sandfordnorth as well).

Honestly, you can do this without it being a minigame. You can have someone that devoted a 200x200 PvP only town, and make it flat at a certain level. Only thing would be is after the building and the game being over, you would just destroy all that is made manually
