Suggestion:​

Add the ability to change town and nation names again.​

Reason:​

Every]one makes mistakes, and a lot of these mistakes occur when naming a town or nation. Sometimes people are just so excited to get a new town, or a nation, that they do not pay attention to the name. Or they make a typo. Anything can go wrong when naming a town or nation. ​

In most cases, a name is not just a name. A name symbolizes what the town will be about. Say a person's town is named Farm. They were going to build a farm, but then worldedits got removed. Now they want to build a castle. In a town named Farm, a castle just won't fit in. Being allowed to apply for a name change would greatly benefit people in this situation. ​

This would not only benefit the community in the changing name aspect, but also the economy. I am almost positive that as soon as this is added, it would be a hit. Lots of people would be applying for a name change, therefore getting money out of the economy. I know something like this takes time as all other applications do, so I am suggesting the price of this be $65,000, instead of the $30,000 it used to be. That way, people will not go overboard and keep changing the name.​

All in all, I myself do not see any harm in adding this feature to the list of applications again. It would be a popular application that would make the community happy, and get money out of the economy.​

I know that in the past many people, aswell as myself have suggested this be added once more. I hope that this is considered and that it will be added once more.​

I just thought I'd try again, with in my opinion, better points than made before (at least on my previous suggestions).

 

I think they were removed, along with other things, because they were too much work, and Andrew didn't have time then. Now that both Andrew and wewinagain do applications, I'm sure this would be much easier to add.

I really like the idea of the time delay. As far as price, I'm still not sure... maybe an increasing price?... Then again, 100k might be the number to go with.
