I claimed a town in the largest western mesa biom, I'll be preserving it. natural and untouched as long as I can.

 

I just found a gorgeous ice spikes biome. I'll claim it when I get the $$

I didn't see any protected regions near by. Are you planning on making the Fahr Outpost at your ice spikes biome? I can pm you the coords if you like to see if it is near by your town.

 

No, by the time I get the funds for Fahr Outpost and other towns, there will be no ice spikes biomes. I have Glitzville partly in an ice spikes, because I knew if it was in the entire biome I would mow everything down. I will protecting the small corner of ice spikes for the beauty of it and I plan on having very strict consequences if someone decides to grief it when I open the town up for plots.

 

My intial attempts to measure the biome appeare to make it approx. 130x377. Agent, it is a different biome far away from Glitzville

 

I am a resident saving for mayor. I would love to preserve the mesa. When I get mayor or if someone decides to donate I would get a mesa town. I would make cool mesa themed pre-built houses. If anyone would like to help me pm me in game or fourm message me.

My Mesa is a western style town and will soon have a completed rollercoaster, 3 prebuilts, a bar which will have food for purchase through trade signs, and 2 or 3 mansions of which all will be sold! Contact me if interested. I still have one open slot for a co-mayor if you would like to be co-mayor of a beautiful Mesa biome

Hilv, what you are doing is absolutely unacceptable to the world of mesas. Since you refuse to give into the demands, I KINDLY request that you either stop mining mesas, or everyone simply claim as much mesa land as possible. :p
Sorry Hilv, but with only 3 mesa biomes, we don't have much space to waste. Why not mine in an ice plains biome? (NO ICE SPIKES) :p

I would recommend that you hurry if you wish to claim a mesa. Hilv is not the only one out to destroy them.

 

I have claimed a 200 by 200 chunk, which I will keep mostly in tact. In fact, I had to fix some damage to parts of the mesa area, and there is some work that I still need to fix. Investigator really helped identify where the borders of certain things were. I had to guess a little bit on what color the stained clay was that was removed. My son, MathiasMartin was a great help in finding some Red Sand so that I could replace the sand that was removed before I could get my town. This is my 5th town, so it cost $330k. I had to be VERY quick. I was even able to preserve some cacti. Unfortunately, you can't place a sign on an actual cactus, :(, so I lost one.
