Because these homes are next to the SAMarket, which will soon be buzzing with tons of shops! You can easily get to a shop by going down a floor by hitting a sign, and you'll get what you need. It's also very cheap!

How much are they?
Well, you can get there on your own, and there will be a for sale sign if a home is empty and for sale.
