Adding PvE to the nether would be a great addition and should definitely be considered.

I would like the nether to be more difficult. As you know I take PvE very seriously. @Ndm57dcraft

I don't know if this was part of this suggestion anywhere, but what about adding exp drops back to quartz in the nether as well?

I think the EXP price is pretty stable right now and I wouldn't want to mess with it as quartz would be a very large source of EXP.

Not necessary, the nether seems irrelevant and dead, leave it

the whole point of this suggestion is to fix the nether to NOT make it dead... imagine if people took your advice and gave up on everything because it was broken? i think fixing the nether would be worth it because it would make it go back to life!

You could say the exact same thing about SG, all the suggestions are to FIX SG but no, everyone says it's dead including Jamie so let's assume the nether is dead as well...

Is the nether not irrelevant and dead? Your excuse to SG is that it's dead, the nether is twice as bad.

SG is broken because of kits, there have been plenty of suggestions to fix it but they involved changes that kit-ers didn't like, so it was never properly fixed (just a few completely ridiculous patches). So, SG stays dead basically because those who most used it and spent real money on it want it to stay dead. Don't ask me the logic in that, I can't find any shred; but this was to explain you why SG and Nether are two completely different issues.
In any case, if you want SG fixed, why on Earth don't you make suggestions in that sense, instead of turning down suggestions to fix something else? I can't see any logic in this either, honestly.

Nether and SG isnt what I'm comparing, I'm comparing the excuses. Every suggestion in SG you get a "who cares SG is dead". What about the nether? It's dead as well!

I'm comparing the excuses used in suggestions regarding SG and the nether, can you read?

Did you care to actually read what I wrote in the very comment you replied to, before, you know, replying? SG is dead because SG-ers want it to stay dead. SG won't be fixed because SG-ers don't want it to be fixed.
Do Nether-ers want Nether to be fixed (unlike SG-ers)? Hell, yes! That's what this very thread proves! While, on the other hand, SG-ers never wanted it to be fixed in the first place, despite and against the countless proposals many other players have made to fix it, and an agreement was never made because of SG-ers.
Therefore, your argument doesn't make the slightest sense.
