IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF PONTVERT INCORPORATIONDear loyal clientsI bring good news that I intend to return to Ecocitycraft at the end of this year, and will aim to revive a new form of Pontvert Incorporation, which will specialise in the wood industry and may revolutionise the market as Pontvert Incorporation had attempted to.
We have noted the failures of the Incorporation, and will undoubtedly work on its main flaws. We believe that the main issues with Pontvert Incorporation that led to a lack in its expected quality and exceptional service in its last few months of operation were the following:
- Overload of work. We were not expecting so many customers coming to our services, and this affected the Incorporation in such a way that orders took longer to complete than necessary.
- Lack of volunteering workers. In our last few months of operation, we failed to recruit the labour force that we needed to maintain the company's running, and this led to an overload of work for the workers that did continue to work the incorporation.
- No sense of timing. The Incorporation simply failed to take into account that ECC is a very busy server, and that giving shares out monthly simply was not compatible with the busyness of the server.
- Lack of preparation. The Incorporation was not prepared to be set up and to be run, and thus it did not reach its potential in the crucial first few months.
- Too radical an expansion. We failed to keep our check-ups on our branch stores and this resulted in many issues for small supply service users.
- Increasing prices. We are unfortunate to announce that prices in the new company will most likely be higher than the prices in Pontvert Incorporation simply to decrease the overload of work and to increase the number of volunteering workers. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause, but we promise to decrease prices if we believe that it would be beneficial.
- No re-introduction of large supply services. We will not supply large supplies individually until we believe that the new company is ready for it and has the capacity to deal with it. We will also exercise our power to halt large supply services if we believe that too many members are requesting too much.
- More frequent shareholding payments. We will double the frequency of shareholding payments to keep the company active and alive. I also intend to review and make serious alternations to the shareholding system for the future company.
- Advanced preparation. The Incorporation will have one month's preparation, which will involve unending felling to provide our customers with exceptional service when we open.
- Less advertising. Although the publicity greatly benefited the company, we believe that it also attributed to the company's overload of work. Therefore, we will only advertise according to our capabilities.
- One universal store. There will be no more "branches" of the Incorporation unless we are specifically invited by a Town Mayor to set up a store in their town for a reasonable price and we find that we have the necessary resources to complete such action. The universal store will most likely be located in the Centre de Pontbouleau.
- A full review on previous members' roles. We will start to be hiring managerial workers for a set rate, and will end what was perhaps previously a hierarchy in the Incorporation.
However, we are in desperate need of funds. We would appreciate it if benefactors could directly donate money through to me, although we will be looking to give percentages of the company away in September in order to boost funds. We will publish a list of what is required for the store's construction in the near future. Pontbouleau will be a centre of commerce and trade, run by its residents with low plot prices but a vigilant authority for tax enforcement and the fining of law-breakers. All workers at Pontvert Incorporation will be offered a reasonable accommodation space that is exempt from most taxes. The town will have strict plot regulations and will feature canals and railways for inner- and inter-city transportation.
More information on the arising company will be released closer to its opening date. Until then, we will prepare on its construction and we hope that the company will commence operations without issues.
I am currently unaware as to Gernen's participation in my plans. I will invite Gernen to take a less-influential position in the new company, but, having declared his full control in the Incorporation, I feel it necessary to point out that Gernen may appreciate to recommence or resume Pontvert Incorporation's operations. If so, I will declare the new company independent of all associations with Pontvert Incorporation, that currently has base in Cookietown.
