not so many plots left, we've been trying to sell condos and mall shops mostly. I think there may be ONE plot left- which used to be @Cynthetix 's plot but im not 100% If she said she was selling it back [i think i was afk or really tired if she told me :p]

 

I'll be gone April 19th to May 4th. I'll pay my rent for May sometime before that.

 

So, I kind of let my creativity loose in a Creative world and when I was finished, I found a magnificent skyscraper before my eyes. I haven't actually finished the interior (I've only done the lobby) and I haven't decided if I want to put anything in the back, like a pool or something. I imagine it would work quite well as a condo building. The first thing I thought of was how nice it would look in the Lancaster metropolitan area with all of the other skyscrapers. Obviously that's never going to happen, but I figured I would share it with you all anyway.

Added a floor to my building and started some interior decorating. It's shaping up quite nicely. It's a shame it wouldn't fit on one of those newly cleared 10x10s. It's like 18x21 I think.

Yes I do want to sell it back
I don't have any time for it, being in college and working all the time.
I feel like it should be sold back so that someone can expand in the town's creativity.
There are so many beautiful structures going up. I didn't want to leave my unfinished project there.

All right, that's fine by me. Is the plot actually in Lilydale then, or is it in Lancaster? If it's in Lancaster, is it near the square? If you could let me know when you're done reconfiguring that area, I'd be grateful. It would be nice to check it out to see if it suits my needs.

The plot is pretty big. I did buy it for a generous 10k. I put all the materials that the plot originally showcased in a donation chest for the town members to take and take, they did. Nothing is left besides the ground floor. I'll patch that up with grass blocks tonight. But 10k was for the hotel standing. The price definitely needs to go down but it's a very large plot.

 

It sounds like just what I'm looking for, @Cynthetix. Is it in a busy area?

 

As far as I can tell from the above posts, Wizard, Mike is not interested in selling this plot again because of trying to make the area more visible to nearby towns.

However, we may be able to work something out, we have plenty of land available in other towns.
