With the release of Rising on EcoCityCraft comes the creation of the IsleTradingCo.
This nation is being developed to succeed in the hardcore economy that ECC provides for its players.
Members of the company can expect a fair return for their investment, that being either time or money.

Guidelines that will be required for all members of the IsleTradingCo include:
We will only expect a fair compensation for our efforts - there is never to be any scamming of any kind, no tricking players, and no stealing.
We will always conduct our business above and beyond the average and provide excellent value at all times. Treat everyone with respect. No trolling or spamming of any kind is acceptable. If warned by a moderator - stop, and apologize for your actions now that you know what you did wrong.
We will be expected to give back to the community and to promote goodwill on the server. A great example of this is paying it forward which can be found with a quick search on the internet.

There are also a few rules which much be followed ( I know, I know, all of us hate rules :) )
Rule #1 - By far the most important rule is - All server rules apply!
Rule #2 - There is to be no scamming, griefing, or stealing of any kind - There is zero tolerance on this issue since each member has access to many assets of other players and "trust is a must".
Rule #3 - All company members must be active to remain on the team. Notification on the thread or a pm must be given if you are to be inactive more than seven days.
Rule #4 - Communicate - it is the key to a smooth operation and to reduce issues for all of us. Have a question? Ask someone. Problem? Tell someone. Remember that we have a great staff here on ECC that are always more than happy to help.

As can be seen, there are many opportunities to earn a fair return on our investment of time or money. The variety of assets also gives everyone a chance to have fun in their way and to excel in what interests them individually, as well as a team.

This is my mayor town and plans include building yachts, houseboats, and condominiums for lease.

IsleMujeres - Rising - (-402 -8987) No Portal at this time (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
This is my president town and is located in a beautiful Mesa Biome. My plans are to keep it in pristine condition and anything built will blend and not conflict with this stunning biome. I would like to thank @romper83273 and @xpurexcorex for helping me to find this beauty and @dgam02 for agreeing to let me have my town next to his.

Anchorage - (-11625 9302) No Portal - Direct connect with Conundrum (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
This town is the mayor town for @freezing34 (my daughter) It is a winter biome so her plans include winter games and buildings.

Netherland - (1120 -7720) Portal at Towns1 - Diamond - Sandstone (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
This is also a prebuilt town with great waterways and spacious lots. The buildings are oak and there is nice mini-farm already there. Needs features added.

PixelMania - (-2512 -746) Portal at Towns2 - Lapis - Sandstone (Co-Mayors Needed!)
PixelMania has been laid out to offer canvas for pixel artists. Much work is still needed and hopefully will be adding plots for statues in the future as well.

PumpTrump - (-2512 -746) Portal is shared with PixelMania at Towns2 - Lapis - Sandstone (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
This is now a multi-crop/multi level 200x200 farm.

Cybertron (-1114 -8028) Portal at Towns4 - Diamond - Quartz ** Also features /warp Cybertron (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
Currently this town consists of my buy and sell shops. It also features a multi-crop mini farm and would easily be ready to sell plots and possibly some pre-built homes or townhomes. The shop area could easily be expanded to be a complete shopping mall.

Knightsville - (243 -9428) Portal at Towns2 - Quartz - Iron (No Co-Mayors neede at this time)
This town features a 100 x 100 x 5 floor melon farm. Some 10x10 plots have been outlined but much work is needed in order to make this town thrive. It also has a PVP arena.

TwinTown - (8068 -5831) Portal at Towns3 - Redstone - Sandstone (No Co-Mayors needed at this time)
This is a beautiful town that I have mainly sold perms to builders just getting started and have made several friends here. It offers a Chapel, Library, Fishing Table, and much much more. It has a nice layout and has basically all the crops to help get anyone started.

Please make sure you have read and understood the first post on this thread before applying.
Co-Mayor applicants are expected to be active on ECC and must be willing to commit to selling 2 perms or 1 pre-built per week. Advertising on trade needs to be spaced 7-10 minutes apart just to be safe and to not look like we are spamming for sales.
Duties as co-mayor include visiting with town members and helping when able to, selling perms, scanning the town for grief and other issues that may affect the town daily if possible and every other day at a minimum. A co-mayor will be expected to learn to file lwc removal requests (must have permission of Mayor).
Co-mayors are not required or expected to build or provide materials. Farm maintenance is expected - a complete farm is a happy farm! Plot layout and road building will be required as the town grows.
Compensation for co-mayors include 50% perm sales . In addition, there will be bonus pay for those team members who are willing to build town features and who perform well. Each approved applicant will also receive a plot or pre-built home in their town. In addition there will be access to an exclusive team member get away that includes a pool and many other fun things to do (not yet completed)
Co-Mayor positions require an investment of 10k ECD . This position is not to be confused with being a co-owner - No owners may be added or removed from any town for any reason! Only members are allowed to be added. (/rg addmember...)
All team members are expected to have fun playing minecraft on ECC!
