@Nyancats33 idk if this is true but someone told me there also has to be a mayor or higher also as a owner or co-mayor ect. to be able to add people. (If there doesn't have to be an mayor as co-mayor ect again that means I was lied to or misinformed. )

As a resident rank, you are allowed to be co-mayor and add members but not owners eg... rg addmember ... As a mayor rank, you are allowed to be co-mayor and add owners as well as members eg... rg addowner ... Of course I want to be clear that with IsleTradingCo, co-mayors are not allowed to add or remove owners per our contract whatever the rank they are.
Simple answer is yes, you may own a town as a resident, but you may not sell it since you are unable to add another owner. You are also not able to "technically" own a town as Resident.

Thank you for your interest @MCHelix3000 - I apologize for not updating the thread soon enough, and as @nicoviacava1210 stated, literally just sold these towns to someone who could better utilize the property. I am also currently working hard to have all assets "technically" owned so that we are able to add features we need. There are several towns that I have claimed or added and will be updating this thread soon (maybe a week or so) with the new towns that will be available for co-mayors.
We currently need co-mayors at Netherland, Knightsville, and PixelMania. You are welcome to take a look at any of these towns and see if you are interested in one of them. Thank you for your interest.

I appreciate @Fon_ inviting you as that saved some time since I usually try to check and make sure co-mayors will be able to work together. I have just created StarterTown next to TwinTown and so will be needing co-mayors soon for them.

Cool, its really cool that Netherland is on floor 1. It would be nice to see a old town get remodeled and get used.
