    He originally owned the one you have, and I have made the mistake of selling it before his rent is due. I am providing compensation for that loss, and granting him the other one to sell.

    Would you like a relocation of your shop elsewhere? I can reassign at no extra cost, rent keeping the same as it is. I would pay $2000 for a motivation to move, but no more than that. We really don't want to have someone move out because of a mistake I have made, so I will be willing to figure a way out to fix this problem. This would cause @_Cooley_ to just regain ownership of the plot, with $3000 compensation, no more. No matter how it works, $5000 compensation will be given out total and I want both @_Cooley_ and @stin23 to quote this post and say they agree to these standards. If one or both of you don't please quote this and counter. We will do this until we reach an agreement.
