First of all mind the language. You HAD cleared your shop, and that confused me. You had also told me you moved out. I cannot hold this stall forever for you, and it was cleared. I'm sorry I have made this mistake and the most I can give in compensation is $5000. You will not get any more than that. I will let you control how the other shop is sold, but make it quick. If you plan to sell it, sell it by 5/2/14 - as that was your original rent's due date. Any later and it will be transferred back to me. I'm yet again deeply sorry for this mistake and I will send the $5000 to you as soon as I see you. Any further language will make me question whether to pay you back. Stay calm and I will. Like stated before you have until 5/2/14 to sell it. No further rent is to be paid, as you have made that your intent to sell it. Please don't waste either of our times, and leave a sign in the future, should you come back, saying that you're selling so there is absolutely NO chance of this happening.
