Denied Make staff have their nickname match their IGN (2.0)

Nothing has changed, we still enforce the same nickname policy that has been in place for years. Similar to your username so that people can easily identify you. (Please note I am not pointing out anyone in a negative manner, I am merely providing examples)
These are current -similar to username- nicknames on staff.
-DeeGam02
-LadyClaus
-Mission
-Mad
-Georgia
You know exactly who everyone is at a glance yes? Then its fine.
Past ones have been things like
-Ndm
-MamaSmorezs
-7am
-TwoSixFive
-ThreeOneFour
They don't match the IGN exactly, nor is exact name required. They are easily identifiable and its fine. This suggestion is suggesting 100% no deviation that we must use our exact username 100% of the time. I just don't see why its necessary to enforce something more than we already are. Most of us use our IGN anyway, getting more strict on this would only target a small thing among staff when it is actually a more annoying one among the normal community who do have the absolute freedom to make their nick to something entirely different than their username.

I prefer solutions that would benefit everyone as a whole and with choice rather than enforcing unnecessary policies on a portion of the community.
