THIS USER IS: Not banned, Town Owner and I have tried to contact the player.

WHY?: The user has been offline for more than 7 days, which gets you removed from NoodleVille. He has had griefing problems with his account, which is another primary reason he was removed. He has had plenty of time to remove his locks/ take his belongings. A NoodleVille policy is to take a removed player's house as a prebuilt, which cannot be done if he has protections on chests in the plot. We have already removed locks on his chests once but he was able to lock one of the unlocked chests. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE CHEST LOCKED BY ME PEYTONADAMS! thanks
