I was inactive for 4 months and im back about 2 weeks or less ago, im back to have fun in this epic community and im recently a new mayor and donated around $100 USD ++ for myself and others, i wana make new friends and also i feel ignored and not many people know me, i just wan to get to know more friends :)

I've seen you around. One step would be a bit more active in chat. When your an active chat user, people will say "hey, I've seen you before" when they meet you.
One other thing is to hire a few Co-Mayors, you usually become fast friends and they are always around your town.
