@dAtsheepd0e - I apologize if you've already decided on a new owner for these towns, I skimmed over the comments and may have missed it if you commented on a new Mayor.

What are you planning on doing with the town? I currently own 3 Builder-oriented towns, two of which are completely filled up and one which I'm currently using, though it's quickly running out of space. All 3 towns are run by a complete non-profit system; that is, I give the plots away for free and help the new players get on their feet with advise, materials, and monetary support. If you would be so kind as you make me the new owner of these two towns, I will use the same system to help new players on the server. I have no problem with touching up the town, as you said their are a few uncompleted bits, and I assure you the town would be put to the good use of the players.
How long have you been on ecc? I've been on ECC for 19 months, a significant portion of that time was spent on Staff, all of it was spent doing my best to help other players.

Are you going to put it in lotto? Definitely not, I haven't wasted my money on lotto in a very long time. I can assure you any money you decide to give me will be put to good use, not to feed a lotto addiction.
Please dont lie I know your putting it into the lotto: Don't worry, I'm really not.
What do you plan on doing with the money? I plan on using the money to support my Builder-only towns (Farmlin and Scarlin if you would be so gracious as to give me them), I would use the money to buy new Builders supplies to start off with as well as give them jobs to incorporate them into the economy and give them a reason to stick around.
Are you aware that there are many people wanting this money, and there could be multiple winners? Of course, I would only hope for a small portion of the money. 20k-30k would be more than enough if you'd be willing to spare it.

I am in the process of building my town, which will need a lot of resources. It is a normal town, farm, plots, shops and hopefully lots of builders! Any amount of items will be greatly appreciated. Anything from items just for the roads, or even the buildings will greatly help the formation of my first town. Hopefully I am able to acquire some sort of donation from you, as it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for the opportunity to gain any items, it means alot that you're helping others on this server.
Specifically, I would appreciate any tools in aid of building. Also any blocks such as stone brick or quartz would be appreciated. But i can work with anything. Thankyou kindly.

4. What are you planning on doing with the town? What I plan on doing with the town is expanding it. I would like continue the theme of what I saw in the screenshots with using wood and stonebricks. I would make more plots and sell them with a section for newer players to be able to buy houses and build.
