    The issue still exists (and it has existed for a long time) where when you create a gate sign and put fences into it, it does not take the fence but puts several fences into the sign, which you can then break and receive all of.

    Steps:
    1. Create a [Gate] sign (no other variables)
    2. Right click with fence to put fence in, repeatedly
    3. Break sign

    I can't reproduce this issue, are you in creative mode? It's supposed to do that in creative mode.

    We don't have creative mode, but we have /fly, which enables creative flight. Maybe that's the issue?

    If bukkit classifies that as creative, then there may actually not be anything I can do about it.

    So would a way to fix this be that we turn off /fly, then make the gate?
