Myself and @magicwalrus14 are selling our 200x200 multifarm.

This farm has a 200x200 melon farm complete, a 200x200 pumpkin farm complete, and every other crop is started and has an enormous portion done.

This farm in inside of a large wooden building, so it is not exactly 200x200, more like 196x198, but pretty close.

We have a warp, /warp magic_farm, and we have a portal.

Magicwalrus14 and I have discussed this a few times and decided that we want around 600k, this is because not only is it an amazing farm, but because of its location. It is next to a popular town and diagonal to a large amusement park. We are willing to hear counter offers as we may have over priced this.

 

It will be up to the buyer to decide if the current users with perms shall keep the perms or not.

 

This farm is capable of making you a lot of money in the run of a day. It has a warp and a portal already there which is about 100k someone else would not need to spend. It may not be worth that much but that is the lowest I would sell it for.
