This farm has a 200x200 melon farm complete, a 200x200 pumpkin farm complete, and every other crop is started and has an enormous portion done. Magicwalrus14 and I have discussed this a few times and decided that we want around 600k, this is because not only is it an amazing farm, but because of its location. It is next to a popular town and diagonal to a large amusement park. We are willing to hear counter offers as we may have over priced this.
I'm not quite sure about how a 200x200 farm could be worth 600k? Could you please explain this to me? I understand that it is close to popular towns, but I dion't think that should increase the price that much. @Inamine
This farm is capable of making you a lot of money in the run of a day. It has a warp and a portal already there which is about 100k someone else would not need to spend. It may not be worth that much but that is the lowest I would sell it for.
