That's what I said. There is need for the staff to keep everyone in the line, because otherwise we get a community where people are flaming eachother the whole day long.

I agree that the level of civility on this server is refreshing. It's so easy for someone to hide behind the anonymity of an avatar and spit venom at anyone who does the smallest thing out of line. Maybe I haven't had enough experience in the SMP community, but ECC seems like a rare place where all are respected. As far as the "baby sitting" goes, I think the way things are handled is appropriate for the age range that we have here. As an adult myself (defined as older than 18, younger than 75) I'd rather be in this environment than one with no rules. It just gets exhausting.

Maybe you could set an example for these, "squeakers," and be a leader, not one who complains of their very presence in the community. I enjoy this server for it's wide age range, it's better to be surrounded by people of all ages imo... Helps to keep ECC interesting and it allows us to interact with people of all kinds. Truth be told, I'm not really bothered by these so called *squeakers* lol. I like people based on their maturity level and how they communicate to me.

Not to mention, I myself sound really young. You have no idea how many times people have mistaken me for either a little boy or a little girl (whether on Xbox Live or Teamspeak, etc). It's really quite funny actually.
