Andrew, from past experiences, you usually clear the shop before auctioning it, in this case, should it be auctioned, could you perhaps wait until after, incase eben, or those bidding for eben win the auction?

tbh, its his fault. You get 4 weeks of renting the shop, if you dont post a renewal anytime within those 4 weeks then its his fault for forgetting. I know how expensive it is, and i know how hard top floor spawn shops are to get. Its just not that hard to put a renewal app 1-2 days before it expires.
